Shannon Seeley, MSPT
Gait Training Specialist

Shannon has achieved a Masters level degree in physical therapy and is a licensed Physical Therapist’s in the state of Nebraska.

She graduated in 1993 from Washington University in St Louis, MO and has since amassed thirteen years of experience in both in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation services.

Shannon can offer patients a broad spectrum of expertise with her experience in myo-facial release and manual therapy techniques, muscle imbalance and posture, gait and balance training, shoulder and cervical rehab and knee rehabilitation.

Shannon has spent the last 5 years specializing in limb loss rehabilitation with an emphasis on prosthetic gait training.

She's attended numerous advanced training courses throughout her career with the most recent being an advanced amputee gait training course by Robert Gailey, MSED, PT called An Integrated Approach to Lower Limb Prosthetics and Amputee Rehabilitation.

Shannon is passionate about her work and extremely dedicated to the patients she service.




Tyler Wyant, PT
Physical Therapist

Tyler grew up in Kearney, Nebraska where he participated in many outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and various sports. He graduated from Kearney High School and attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln where he majored in Psychology.

Tyler received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2009. Upon graduation Tyler worked at the Beatrice Community Hospital outpatient/inpatient setting before returning to Omaha. Throughout his clinical affiliations and early professional career, Tyler has worked with a wide variety of patients but found limb loss rehabilitation fun and challenging.

In mid 2009, he began working with Advanced Prosthetics Center and has since attended seminars hosted by Robert Gailey, MSED, PT, a leading physical therapist in the field of limb loss rehabilitation, to further his limb loss treatment.




Dan Kern, PTA, LMT
Physical Therapist Assistant

Dan graduated from the Myotherapy Institute in Lincoln, Nebraska in 2004 with an Associate's Degree in massage therapy. Upon graduation, he then went to work at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in the recreation center. At the University, he had clients that ranged from general public, to students and even athletes at the Division I level. While employed at the University he decided to further his education.


Dan went on to obtain an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant at Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska graduating in August 2007. During school he had clinical affiliations with orthopedic outpatient, inpatient care at a hospital and outpatient neurological clinics. During his clinicals Dan developed a strong interest in limb loss rehabilitation and accepted a position of Physical Therapist Assistant at Advanced Prosthetics Center, LLC. He now specializes in limb loss rehabilitation working exclusively with all ages of amputees.
